Minnesota Cookie Maps!
3H Students worked hard studying different maps of information about Minnesota.  They gathered information about cities, biomes, lakes, rivers, places of interests, and reservations.  They created their own maps in their MN Cookie Map groups, and studied hard to learn locations.  The MN Cookie Map groups also analyzed the border of Minnesota noticing all the interesting bumps and lumps including the "chimney, " the "arrowhead," the "foot," the "Lake Traverse bump," and the "straight and level" parts.  Next, they formed their state out of cookie dough, we had it baked, then they placed all their specific locations on the map.  Finally came the hard part!  Each group was tested and upon completion and passing of the test, they could munch on their cookie.  Yum, yum!
